2. Service Description

WEAREPRATIK simplifies and summarizes insurance policy language for understanding purposes only. The platform does not sell insurance, modify coverage, interpret coverage for claims, provide legal advice or recommend insurance products.
The original insurer issued policy always governs.

3. User Responsibilities

Users are responsible for
Ensuring they have the right to upload any document
Using the platform for lawful purposes
Reviewing their official policy documents for accuracy and final interpretation

4. No Legal or Professional Advice

Summaries produced by WEAREPRATIK are educational tools. They do not replace the original insurance policy, professional advice, or legal interpretation.
Users must consult their insurer, broker or legal advisor for authoritative guidance.

5. Temporary Document Processing

Documents uploaded for summarization are processed in real time and are not saved or retained by WEAREPRATIK.
No copies are stored after processing is complete.

6. Limitation of Liability

WEAREPRATIK is not an insurance broker, agent, advisor or legal service.

Claim outcomes
Differences between the simplified summary and the official insurance policy
Any losses resulting from reliance on the platform

7. Intellectual Property

All content, summaries, designs, workflows, features and materials available on WEAREPRATIK are the exclusive property of WEAREPRATIK.
Users may not copy, reproduce, distribute or reverse engineer any content.
